According to your conditions, we adapt or develop special training programs with our 25++ experts for banks, energy providers, logistics companies, the chemical industry, pharmaceutical companies, the automotive industry or other industries and sectors.
The individualisation includes:
Phase I – The Participant
The trainee coach must attend a 2 day seminar as a participant. This will be an in-house training taking place at their own company. They will gain insight into how a learner perceives the training.
No more than six months may elapse before Phase II can begin.
Phase II – The Theory
Our trainer will spend one day with the trainee, where they will be made familiar with board game, all the apparatus and training materials.
The theory behind the 5th Mind® Power–Learning methods and experiential learning for adults will be explained. Guidelines on how to run a training session are also given.
Phase III – The Assistant
The trainee assists the trainer in a 2 day training session and runs parts of the training themselves. The trainee can assist with more than one training, until they feel confident enough to run an entire training session on their own.
Phase IV – The Certification
As soon as the trainee coach feels confident, they run a training session on their own with our trainer’s assistance. The trainee must do all the planning and preparation for the training.
The 5th Mind trainer will only intervene in the training session if it is necessary.
At the end of the training session, the participants, the trainee coach and the 5th Mind trainer decide whether the certification will be granted to the trainee.
