About
The name 5th Mind was inspired by Peter Senge´s Book on organisational development. He describes the fifth discipline as the art and practice of the learning organisation.
5th Mind represents the thinking style - of the learner. But we were also inspired by the Daoist Five Elements theory, which interprets the interaction of the elements as a process flow, for example in companies.
As an international network of trainers, we are cross-border commuters in more ways than one. We mediate between science and practice and transform theoretical knowledge into business management skills.
Last but not least, the name should guarantee that you benefit from our training sessions with all five senses.
